Boiled Coffee Overload Linked to Higher Dementia and Alzheimer’s Risk

A recent study has found that consuming six or more cups of boiled coffee daily is associated with an increased risk of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. Researchers analyzed data from thousands of participants and discovered a connection between high coffee consumption and a higher likelihood of developing these cognitive disorders.

The findings suggest that moderation in coffee consumption might be essential for maintaining long-term cognitive health. While coffee has some health benefits, it’s essential to balance its intake to reduce the risk of adverse effects on brain health.
